In case, that on central register (WHOIS) is not at your domain a working e-mail contact, it is possible to ask for a change by the right paper form. Send it to us on address of Active24, which is written at the bottom of the form.
Change at customer account:
With forms we need a scan of your ID card, or someone who is responsible for company:
- Request for change of contact e-mail at customer account: Download ENG
- Request for sending a password for customer account: Download ENG
Change on domain (WHOIS):
With forms we need a scan of your ID card, or someone who is responsible for company:
- Request for change of domain holder for CZ domains: Download ENG
- Request for change of contact e-mail on NIC.CZ for CZ domains: Download ENG
- Request for transfer of GTLD to ACTIVE 24: Download ENG
For change on domains managed by ICANN, we don't need your ID, form can be sent scanned with own signature:
- Request for change of contact information on gTLD and so called new GTLDs domain (valid for domains listed below):
.aero, .asia, .biz, .cat, .com, .coop, .info, .jobs, .mobi, .museum, .name, .net, .org, .pro, .tel a .travel. + new GTLDs
