If you accidentally damage or delete web content, you can restore the data from the backup at any time from the Customer Center.
Data stored on virtual servers is regularly backed up. Backups are performed every night after midnight, the data recovery feature offers downloading up to 90 recent backups.
Data recovery can be made on shared Linux hosting and VMS Linux solution.
NOTE: We will process the Data Recovery Request as soon as possible. The recovery time depends on the amount of data, but also on the other tasks running on the backup server. Especially during the night hours when the data backup itself takes place, it may take a few hours to recover.
- Log in to Customer center.
- Choose hosting on which you wish to restore the data (Services/Servers and hosting/Details).
- At option Data recovery from backup click on button Enter
- Choose backup by date of creation and how you wish to use it.
- Restoration of data or preparing the data for download can take up to several hours.

- After you are logged in choose virtual server on which you wish to restore the data (Services/Servers and hosting/Details).
- In detail of server click at the last option Data recovery from backup on button Enter.
