Service Expiration reminder can be ordered only for domain, where Active24, inc. is registrator. If we are not registrator and you still wish to use service Expiration reminder, we offer you transfer of your domain to our company. Service Expiration reminder is fulfilled only for domains, that have service expiration reminder under the same customer ID, as is the domain for which the service expiration reminder is made. In order to avoid possible confusion and to be able to guarantee the functional activation of the Expiration reminder on an existing domain, please pay attention to the following conditions:
Conditions when ordering a service to an existing domain
- When ordering the Expiration reminder service for domain, which is 90 days or more before the expiration, the service will be activated for the current payment period.
- When ordering the Expiration reminder service for domain, which is 90 days or less before the expiration, the service will be activated for the next payment period.
- If the payment for the Expiration reminderservice is not paid within 30 days from the order, but no later than 60 days before the date of expiration of the domain to which it is ordered, the order will be terminated.
- Order the service is possible in Customer center by Authorized request.
